Originally posted by PRINCEKOOL View PostIt is the best fight for both fighters, at this stage of their career 'The rivalry between the fighters, is still intriguing and significant. And I have always thought that there needed to be a trilogy fight'.
There are different levels and category of fights 'Derek Chisora vs Dillian Whyte III, is a insiders fight. Match ups like that, don't really need titles or any other credentials to be a significant fight'.
The fight is built upon, the passion and ambition both fighters have towards beating each other 'Sometimes during these mega boxing events, it can appear like the fighters? Especially in this modern era, don't really have a very high level of passion to beat their opponent's'.
Note: When Joe Frazier and Muhammad Ali fought each other three times 'They were not fighting primarily for the World Heavyweight Championship. They were fighting for the dominance over each other. That is why they pushed themselves above and beyond their limits'.
When fighters collide in this sport, with that type of passion and ambition 'It is not about titles, or rankings. It is just about pure raw instinctive competition'.
To conclude: Derek Chisora vs Dillian WHyte III, is a great fight to make for both fighters at this stage of their careers. The fight makes a lot of sense, and it is a significant match up for the reasons which I have just stated etc.

please no trilogy. Whyte vs Wilder and Chirsora vs Hrgovic would be an der excellent event
Deontay Wilder is a former WBC World Heavyweight Champion, with 10 defenses of his titles. Wilder has fought Tyson Fury three times, pushed him above and beyond limits.
Wilder most likely is not going to have much desire to fight Whyte 'Deontay Wilder at his peak, seemed to never be that enthusiastic in fighting Dillian Whyte. And over the past few years, Wilder has been quite passive towards most other top level Heavyweights'.
Derek Chisora vs Flip Hrgovic could be made, but? From a match making perceptive, you have to analyse what is to gain for both fighters in that fight.
I don't think Chisora is looking to fight, a opponent who has just been beaten 'In quite conclusive fashion. And Hrgovic is going to need a better come back win than Derek Chisora, to regain momentum in his career'.
Note: That is why Derek Chisora vs Dillian Whyte III 'Is the best fight, for both fighters at this stage of their careers. Beyond titles and rankings it is a significant fight 'It is a straighter between two fighters, who are fighting for the dominance over each other'.
To conclude: Whyte vs Wilder and Chisora vs Hrgovic are good fights, and would be a great event. But those fights are not really the best fights, in terms of match making for all of those fighters at this stage in their careers. There is no real story of theme's in those match ups, which in all honesty? Have the same level of intrigue and significance as Derek Chisora vs Dillian Whyte III' etc.
