Wrong. Nice try. His head has always looked the same. See the vid below during his preparation for Pacquiao/Marquez 2. Because he doesn't have to cut so much weight his face is plump but when pacquiao dehydrates his head looks like when he fought during his featherweight days.




I guess Cotto also has a big head. LOOK AT THAT PROFILE!!!

a. Castillo should retire because of this ( just imagine if this is an actual fight with smaller gloves ) or
b. pac is seriously hurting him with the headgear on.

headgear doesn't stop one from getting a bloody nose unless he wore one with a face guard.
