Will Floyd have the balls to fight Cotto if he beats Pac?

They are mentioning Floyd will fight the winner of pac/cotto.
Somehow I have a feeling Floyd won't fight cotto if he ends up winning, and will chase a less dangerous opponent.
What do you guys think?
