in case lubin, kelly and ramos decline this eliminator (like name fighters almost always do), next best are slawa spomer, tewa kiram and callum walsh. then "fans" will blame tim and ibf for a fight will less known fighters instead of blaming boxers that decline eliminators. this is exactly what's wrong with pro boxing.
