It's Tailor Made (the TS) and Buddha from I Love New York 2. Basically, they went on a reality show to win the heart of a skank who got turned down by Flavor Flav.

They aren't kissing in that picture, the big guy is in his face daring him to hit him. Soon after, the big black guy starts choking him out and was kicked off the show for it (only to come back later).
