My guess would be November - Jan presents a volatile time in election process and how that impacts funding and support for his country, and perhaps the leader of his country could be pressuring him in some capacity. I also suspect he is forcing Tank into fighting one of the three next deserving and compelling opponents...Cruz, Zepeda or Shakur. If Tank wants to fight in late '24 he won't be able to cherry pick another no-hoper.

Loma hoping Tank and Stevenson fight so he won't have to face both of them

                  Loma ducking Tank,
but now Tank will Duck Shakur

Tank, Shakur, and William need to mix it up. A victory over Loma at this point means little.
Most people already expect Tank and Shakur to beat Loma, due to his age.

William now has chance to fight Tank as he is the Mandatory. Probably more money than facing Shakur.

I'm pretty sure Loma didn't get what he wanted in negotiations, otherwise why even get into negotiations.
Wouldn't he have to defend the IBF regardless?

Seems Loma is not only ducking Tank, but also Shakur and Zepeda.

And how the hell do you go "Deep into negotiations" as was claimed and throw up some unknown personal roadblock late into negotiations??? Pure BS!
