That is normally the case, but i don't know about him with his old age an all. Who is this guy he fightin in Dec? i know it's a tuneup and all, but Roy fighting Green a titleholder. why not fight Adamek?

Bernard has fought the likes of Taylor, Calzaghe, Pavlik, etc in the past 4 years.

I doubt he is scared to fight a faded version of Jones.

i wouldn't exactly call the IBO a legit title.

Why should you expect Hopkins tune up to be the best fighter at cruiserweight and Jones is allowed to settle for a overblown light heavyweight fighting at cruiserweight who has accomplished nothing of note.

I don't care if Jones and Hopkins are at different stages in their careers
, at the end of the day they are both fighting tune ups.

Adamek is not a tune up for anyone also.

Because Adamek is not Green, and would certainly be a more challenging fight for Hopkins than Roy will be.

i bet he's starting to feel the pain off punches that back in the days he'd walk straight through
the guy has been facin top competitors all his career
remember everytime jones would fight back in the day everyone everytime was all ''damn, who dat?''

i dont mind bhop takin this fight, i dunno why he decided to take on such a weak opponent(which is probabley as bad as one of the sparring partners he has in his gym)
but i cant fault the guy, he old, old as a mutha***a, so let a brother get an easy fight before throwing himself into a fight he needs full commitment in
