It was because he put on weight to fight Tyson and then Tyson pulled out. He then had to lose a ton of weight fast for Perry

"But Paul had boasted of piling on the weight while he was preparing to face Tyson and claimed to weigh as much as 230lb. That left him with a considerable weight cut when Perry stepped in - and Paul needed two bites of the cherry at Friday's official weigh-in"

Really Paul won while weight drained. No matter what you think of the guy he out-skilled Perry. Paul was at least evading most of Perry's punches. A lot of fighters really do have crap skills, they just get by on natural advantages e.g power, speed or iron chins. Until that doesn't work...

Before that fight , Paul had stated that he’d be taking more fights with so-called real boxers but then pfff just like that back to older mma guys lol
yep he was schooled and the social media robots forgot all about that and now they are cheering him again as if he is some kind of hero lol

He beat a boxer (a poor one) and knocked Tommy Fury down (who has been boxing all his life)

I think Jake Paul is a decent boxer considering his experience. He has power too. He won't ever be genuinely top level though. He could maybe get into the top-20 if he wanted to but what's the point? When he can fight in front of thousands with these "spectacle fights". Blame the public for that!
