Loma never had any urgency to rematch all of his losses. Tank never ducked loma as there were no negotiations back then, but loma actually ducked tank when negotiations took place. Tank showed interest to fight, and loma pulls this crap halfway. You can't make this up dummy. Loma is scared of getting brutally Ko'ed + losing. He has ptsd from his losses.
