What are Canelo's most entertaining fights?

Today's is his birthday, personally, while I am not a big fan of Canelo's current career management and having had some controversial wins.



He definitely accomplished well for himself and gave some entertaining performances though his resume is manufactured by selective management and stipulations, is still pretty good with wins over Cotto, Trout, Smith Brothers, Lara, GGG, Jacobs, Kovalev, Saunders and Plant. Only time will tell how his win over Munguia will age aswell.

Cotto was past his prime, he took the belt from an older and injured fighter, Trout was set up to lose the fight with the open score, sulaman make sure to get into Austin head, smith brothers are domestic level fighters, Lara won the fight and that Mexican refere that saw canelo win 9 rounds should be banned from the sport, he waited out ggg right after cotto choosing to vacate (that's what he should do now, vacate) instead of fighting him, Jacobs is a solid win, but he didn't look spectacular, Kovalev was/is a drunken past and old cherry-pick right after a grueling fight with yarde, two full camps in three months or so, saunders a solid domestic fighter that didn't face any elite competition and was himself the recipient of some controversial wins, plant a solid win. The munguia case is up in the air if he doesn't face the top of the division,and keep fighting the same level of boxers he has (same canelo's MO, after all, they have the same GBP that guided and taught canelo how to be a millionaire without much risk). So, I don't think, there is much to look at.

The only canelo fight I have seen more than once just because it was all action was the Kirkland fight. And that was because Kirkland wasn't scared of going for the ko or getting
koed.

My apologies, if you read my post again you will notice the first sentece was deleted. I think plant, all the others should have asterisk attached. And the Kovalev fight should give you an idea what kind of boxer canelo is, an old, past his prime alcoholic fighter was giving ginger a boxing lesson, and he was not throwing punches with conviction, he knew he didn't have a full tank. And now shameless avoiding his top two mandatories with the help of the alphabet soups organizations, of course.

my most entertaining moment from canelo fights was i think when he jumped on the tarnbuckle after the bivol fight either pretending or thinking he had won he fight, pure A Side Entitlement on show there

Canelo GGG 2 was a slug fests. the sound of those punches were some of the hardest sounds I've heard in a pro fight. Both guys are tanks.

Canelo is a pretty boring fighter. Most of his fights are slow and boring. The greatest manufactured face of boxing ever. The only exciting fight I can remember is the Kirkland fight lol.

The khan ko was hilarious but the bivol fight is my favorite.

First two GGG fights were fun, and would have been my pick but horrible cards ruined them for me.
