Loma can cut off the ring like nobodies business, Navarette went back to 130, Zepeda sleeps him. He's an oxymoron. He sounds like he wants to beat people down and then plays tag and keep away for 12 rounds.
I watched a few fights, including Foster, and went to sleep.

People are misinterpertating my comment on styles as a racist observation of black fighters. Stevenson, Mayweather, and Rigondeaux were the first 3 that came to mind when considering the "hit-don't-get-hit" approach in the ring. I have only the deepest respect for any fighter with that skill level. In fact, Rigo's win over Donaire was frickin' awesome!
But most casual boxing fans don't have the eye nor the patience for that type of fight. Or last night's victory by Shakur.
So my point was that rule changes could favor athletes who fight off the front foot and punish runners with smaller purses... unless the latter adapt to the professional market.
I shouldn't have to state this, but no skin tone has a monopoly on defense-first fighters.

With everybody saying you're the next Floyd ( or even better ).
Shakur's been pampered since his early days to the point where even his Grandfather has to kiss his ass and put up with his disrespect.

He lands a clean shot and looks so happy with himself and chills out again. Where’s his combos. Makes me think he got knocked out in sparring, different fighter at 135 so far compared to 130. No confidence in putting his shots together.

Rigo does not equate to awesome, or having a limit to patience. That dude is unwatchable, just my opinion but damn!!

In your opinion, too many fighters make the sport boring. Basically you're asking the sport to change it's name from "boxing" to "knockout".
I guess you want boxing to become MMA in nature. I can barely stomach MMA. I love the sweet science that is boxing. MMA in my opinion is a short attention span sport that targets Generation Z.
Boxing is scored on a 10 points must system for a reason. To score performances to arrive at and declare a winner - especially if a knockout doesn't come.
The rules of Boxing was changed a few times to protect the fighter, and enable them to have longer careers (I miss a good 15 rounder, but I get it!).
If all fighters need to have killer knockout power, that would eliminate quite a few of boxing's roster. And I don't know about you, but we've had quite a few classics that didn't end in a knockout, yet a winner was declared after going to the scorecards: Leonard VS Hagler, Morales VS Barrera, Ward VS Gatti are just a few fights that come to mind. Some of these fights, results were not decided to some fans' liking, but that's why we have rematches.
Ultimately fans will dictate the fighters they find to be boring, exciting, want to see, not want to see, etc.. Some fans will tune in to watch fighters who can win only by knockout, some fans will tune in to watch fighters who can win only on points, true boxing fans will tune in to watch fighters who can win either way.
I'm a true boxing fan. I'll tune in to watch it all.
And P.S.: I would not want any fighter, who puts in all their hard work, to be denied a W in the Win Column of their boxing record!
