Garcia obviously abusing alot of substances and needs help. We all have a right to say what we want....black dudes have the right to say they hate whites or mexicans or other black people....mexicans can say they hate white guys and black guys and anyone else.....whites can say they hate blacks, mexicans and all the rest.
