I don’t think you can use he was set up on this one. I guess the defense this time will be to compare comments a black boxer said about non blacks and try equate that with the n word. That or say he didn’t deserve to be punished because black people say the word.

I see he talked about George Floyd as well. That will trigger the usual suspects into lying about what caused his death.

Somehow this will be made a referendum on everything Ryan but suffering consequences for his actions and words.

Hope Ryan and Fishnets are paying you guys double time today.

I'm half expecting an apology press conference followed by some admission of substance abuse and entering into rehab. That's the typical celebrity damage control response. Or that he got hacked. Regardless, this is going to be difficult for him to recover from, because even those who were supporting him or close to him will start to distance themselves. They won't want to be associated with the fallout.

It's interesting to see the usual suspects who never blinked when fighters like Hopkins, Floyd, Wilder, Shields, and others have made racially charged remarks and are now predictably clutching their pearls and crying the loudest. Racism has no place in pro sports, but outrage is often cherry-picked more than Mayweather's entire career.

When did any of the fighters you listed went to the extremes that Ryan did yesterday?

Stop bringing up boxers that have nothing to do with this. He isn’t a poor kid. He’s an adult that has an inferiority complex and trying to create an excuse for his cheating and race outburst.

Just say he is wrong and move on.

It appears like there's a different set of rules when it comes to trash talk...solely dependent on the race of the person doing the talking, and the race of the person being talked about. Why did Malignaggi get fired from Showtime again, despite being their best commentator? Exactly.

Also, LMFAO @ that article claiming the career criminal/junkie who was miraculously yelling "I can't breathe" (because yelling is definitely something you can do if you actually can't breathe, right?) was "murdered by Minneapolis police in 2020." Prime example of fake news.
Are you ok? You seriously aren’t equating actual trash talk during fight week with these comments made about blacks and George Floyd?

I get you’re desperate to pretend whites are victims so you can defend this but none of the people you cited said anything close to they hate white people nor did they use a racial slur to describe white people.

Spare us the fake victimhood defense of Ryan. What fight is Ryan trash talking about here given he’s on suspension? Just say he was wrong and move on. That or have the guts to say you agree with him.

You have the same hatred and issues Ryan has. Now his excuse is he was trolling. What’s yours?

not surprising that the same people triggered over a fighter arbitrarily talking trash on social media (but perfectly fine with other trash talk depending on the particular fighter's race)...also think black lesbian mansion's top fundraiser/fentanyl enthusiast George Floyd was "murdered."

imagine insisting a proven lethal combination of fentanyl, meth, and weed in one's system couldn't have killed them...but it was a knee applying pressure between the back of their neck and the top of their shoulder blades that was the REAL cause of death.

The forum bigots and racists are justifying this by claiming , I hate n words and talking about George Floyd during a racist rant is the same as I will not let a white boy beat me during the lead up to a fight.

Notice the forum bigots and racists have yet to say Ryan was wrong for this.

You mean imagine listening to experts in 2 different autopsies and during the trial who said the officer was responsible for his death? Imagine that. You don't have an agenda at all
