Prograis should learn from Taylor in his rematch with Catterall. Jack lacks inside game. Josh managed to trap him on the ropes several times and Jack had no clue how to fight in that situation. I just don't know what happened to Taylor in that fight. He suddenly became pillow-fisted and was punching on gloves and couldn't land anything.

I think Regis wins this fight.
