Comments Thread For: Shakur Stevenson to let his talent make a statement to fans, promoters

Shoulder injuries are pretty common in boxing. Didn't Floyd have an injury when he lost to Castillo? OH wait he was with top rank then lol

Too little too late. We already know his style, he’s only aggressive when he knows the other guy can’t hurt him or is multiple levels below. When a guy is too big or strong he plays keep away all night. His career has played out the way it has because his style is difficult to deal with but also not entertaining to the majority. Therefore he doesn’t generate the type of money for guys to wanna step in with him.

nobody says he has to get hit or hurt or anything like that. He just needs to stand his ground and try to do more than just out point the competition. He talks all kinds of “killer this” and “savage that” yet we see none of it in the ring

Love getting a broadcast tv fight but will watch on BR tv so can nod off if it’s like his last fight.
