He needed a great performance and stayed in 2nd gear the whole time. I'm starting to think that he was always just smoke and mirrors. He got lucky when he squeaked by an undersized and injured Lomachenko and people were acting like he outclassed a prime Loma , nothing could be farther from the truth. Since then he's looked average except against a past his best and weight drained Taylor , he was good in that fight. Maybe Teofimo is a one hit wonder. It looks that way to me.
