he wasnt though. he beat the #3 ranked fighter at 118 before fighting innoue and the #2 fighter at 118 after losing to innoue. how does someone washed up do that? all of his struggles and losses came at 122 and 126 in the years prior. he wasnt as dominant in those divisions as he was at 115 and 118. he fought innoue at 118.
