  • Ennis should move up to 154 lbs

There's nobody at 147 lbs. It's pointless to stay there. If you want be considered a great move up to 154 and fight spence, tszyu, charlo, and bud to make history. Not only it would it help his resume but he would make way more money fighting those guys than fighting bums at 147.

If he stays put he might get a shot at these JWWs who talk about moving up like Haney, Garcia or Lopez.

Eh.. Ennis is in a tough spot. Neither division has good opponents that want to face him right now. At 154, he has Bud who is 37 and is looking for big money and legacy fights. He has Spence, who is likely his best bet, and he has Tzsyu who can also be a good opponent, but is very dangerous. That's pretty much it - 154 has never been a glamour division. Not sure Jermell will ever fight again, and sure as hell not at 154.

If he stays at 147, he can collect some hardware at Welter while waiting for a popular fighter to move up to WW - Garcia, Haney, or Teo.

        - - Don't know the first thing about Bootsie, but he needs a new nickname and manager that can make deals since nobody but his mama cares anything about him.

If he and his fans keep complaining about him being avoided, then that's the most sensible thing to do, move the hell up.

154 is a very deep division. He won't run out of fights.

But then that would remove his moniker of the most avoided fighter to go with his email belt
            That would make no sense
Your raping him of his intrigue lol

Jaron "Boots" Ennis would be gladly welcomed by all guys in the 154 division. Ortiz, Tszyu, Lubin, Harrison, Castano, Mendoza, Bohachuk, Fundora, Spence, Madrimov, TBud, the list is endless...

He should. But he will keep on crying nobody fights him in a dead division.

If the IBF can guarantee him a title shot and he's having trouble making weight, then Ennis should move up. Otherwise, he should stay at WW and unify.
