    He took the more winnable fight , that's obvious. I don't believe that it is wise to turn down a title fight though. Unless you just don't have the confidence. It's a weird choice as far as I'm concerned.

      Interesting point. There are lots of MLB players who have kids or nephews or whatever who make it to MLB later too. I always wonder why it doesn't seem to work like that in boxing.

        you know what they say about boxers tasting success and waking up in silk pajamas, the hunger isn't there. These kids from successful boxer dads were born with silk pajamas.
