PBC could have made Haney vs Davis long time ago as soon as Devin became a free agent.

I remember Hearn actually made an announcement about Haney's free agency basically saying, "You can have him. I've got nothing for him."

But still Hearn gave him 3 more fights as a free agent, Gamboa, Linares, Diaz.
