My heart kind of goes out to Ryan Garcia but again it doesn't after what he tried to do to Devin Haney. Not only did he attempt to ruin Devin financially but also his career, health and life by pumping all those drugs into his system in order to defeat him. Unless there is an extremely stringent random drug testing protocol in place; Then I cannot see how or why Devin Haney or any other undefeated prospect, contender, champion or elite would want to fight Ryan Garcia because it will always leave an indelible mark on their minds that he could be somewhere and someplace doping and juicing up. It was a good thing that Devin has friends in very high places who are connected to VADA or else Ryan Garcia would have gotten way with his cheating and doping against Devin Haney. Also, I think it's time to sunset VADA because it has been compromised by both the WBC and Maurico Sulaima who are partial and biased toward certain fighters who generate a lot of money and fans to the sport of boxing. The fighters should finance a new random drug testing agency unaffiliated with any sanctioning body.

Let's be realistic, if haney was as good as he said he was. Ryan being on peds shouldn't be making difference. I mean if I take peds I'm not beating usain bolt in 100 metres.
Haney would expect to beat fighters in division above him, so would expect to beat Ryan on peds too.
Of course Ryan shouldn't be using though

The problem with Devin, as I see it, is when he trains, there are a bunch of yes men applauding every punch he hits the bag with, cheering and clapping. Too much chatter around him. No one is saying, turn ur punches over, put some body behind that right hand, little corrections like that. Devin works hard, but he can't punch. Devin hasn't improved skill wise in years, only in conditioning. He has stamina, but little power. There are flaws in punching technique that hold back a lot of power. He needs someone with knowledge and experience to correct things, not to cheer him on and tell him how great he is. Even though he was undisputed, he's still green in a lot of ways
