he's trying to come in light to be a little quicker in there maybe?

a lot of fighters try coming in lighter than usual when dealing with a fighter they know will have a big speed advantage against them.

Cotto trains at such a slow pace for an elite fighter. I never got that.

I think that's what he should do anyway. People act like Cotto is a guy who forces his strength on you. He's a pressure fighter, but he does it with precision punching and footwork, not clinching and mauling. I don't see it as, the heavier he is, the better chance he has to win.

i'm of the opposite opinion to be honest.

he has a size advantage , use it.

shoulder pac , lay on pac during clinches , push him around , beat up his arms , bully pac.

no matter how much quicker he is coming in light , pac will always have the speed advantage.

why give up his size advantage. that's me though.

Cotto looks much better. I've always said that Cotto at the Margarito-Clottey fights was too big....the man looked like a tank. Against Mosley and Judah he was very slim and as a result he was very quick and sharp. He was very slow against Clottey.

Yes, i agree. I'm a Cotto fan since he's been coming up through the ranks and after the Margo beat down. But his last fight against Joshusa was a little suspect.

Cotto looks strong in the video.

He looks like when he fought mosley. I think we'll see a way faster cotto than mosley fight but a stronger cotto....we hope.
