No, the only reason why the NYSAC went soft on him was because on the advice of Ryan Garcia’s legal team. He decided to plead guilty on all of the charges. Including deliberately ingesting the Ostarine drug to cheat and also, lying about the cross contamination excuse and lastly he confessed that the negative nail and hair follicle test results were all a lie too. He decided to come completely clean about it in order to save his boxing license and perhaps to avoid some potential jail time.

Bottom line is Ryan is a dirty, cheating, lying P.O.S... He put a stain on his trainer too. One year is a slap in the face to boxing. Devin could end up with health issues from taking that level of punishment, while Ryan had sh..t in his body. Ppl who downplay Ostarine, if it didn't offer any advantage, then why did he take it? Remember, they found some other sh..t in his system too, The way Ryan continues to lie and flip off the system, VADA, and blame others, should have been taken into account when coming down with his punishment. That behavior isn't someone who is sorry. His defiance, along with his repeated lies, is very reminiscent of Donald Von Sh..tzinpants, and what do you know- Ryan loves him. I feel like either a 4 year ban or a lifetime ban was warranted. The sport doesn't need ppl like him. I don't ever wanna see him in the ring again, and if he returns, I'll never watch or pay for any card he appears on. Every boxer near his weight should openly refuse to fight him. He should be blacklisted from the entire sport for good

I feel the same way about all of em. I saw Margarito live 2x's b4. I loved the guy but once i learned of his cheating, i rooted against him. I love the sport more than i love any individual boxer. Boxing has to be man against man on a level playing field. Skill vs. Skill, not skill vs. PED's.

The evidence and proof is there. You can see it. However, like myself you would have to do the research on your own. It's too time consuming but there are articles and videos from Dan Rafael to others everywhere pertaining to this particular topic all over social media.
