Moloney punched Franco and caused a cut. Ref ruled it as a result of a headbutt. Fight was stopped.

They watched video for like an hour after the fight looking for the headbutt. They couldn't find one.

They ruled it ND for Franco anyway.

Yeah between rounds is better. Can deduct a point for bad fouls, award missed knockdowns or erase erroneously given knockdowns. Wouldn’t stop the flow, and would move the momentum back into the favour of the deserving fighter.
