It is pretty obvious at this point the reason. We got people pretending they are doing so because of his style, or his father, etc.

Lot of posters come off ad fake and phony given there was a perverse joy when Ryan won, rooted in race. Check a lot of the post fight comments and the subsequent bans.

When it turned out he cheated, a lot of posters looked incredibly bad. Instead of just criticizing Ryan, they doubled down and gave him every excuse.

The fact is those posters don’t care if Ryan cheated using PEDs or not. So long as the black guy lost.

Sad but that is where too many posters are at this point.

Really sad part is that for boxing fans, the positive PED test ruined a great stat making performance by someone many of us see as a boxer that can grow the sport.

Stop proclaiming in capital letters it isn’t about race when there is clear evidence it is. That may make you uncomfortable but so what? Stop also defending these people by claiming they like black boxers when you have no idea.

If you notice, I have no issue if you don’t like Haney. That is not justification for defending a PED cheat who beats him.
