Not sure what ennis has to do with that lmao. Crawford will have plenty of great opponents at 154…ortiz, tszyu, fundora this Madrimov fight could be good. Ennis is not a viable opponent unless he moves up to 154 now. Until that happens let it go bro lol

I believe that Bud could take Alvarez at 168. If Crawford comes in weighing between a 154-158 lbs in order to do it. There’s no need for Terence to make the 168 lbs limit or weigh identically to Canelo. Since Ginger is the naturally and stronger man anyway. Its skills that pay the bills anyhow. Besides, Bud is naturally faster, smaller and quicker of the two fighters regardless of how much he weighs.

I remember the widespread concern that Bud would struggle at 47 when he was about to fight Jeff Horn & how we subsequently laughed at our foolish, foolish selves!

Kinda hoping for a repeat of that, ngl.

Bud getting ready to bring back Jeff Horn flashbacks to Madrimov … move up, beat down, earn the new title! That’s how Bud rolls…

I could be wrong, but the more Bud attempts to sell a fight Canelo has declined numerous times, the more I think he doesn't have anywhere to go, that he has played himself. The Spence rematch is gone, Canelo isn't happening, Boots has no profile, maybe Jermell, maybe. That's really it.

lmao that’s not true. If he beats Madrimov he’s got Ortiz, tsyzu, fundora, he could go to 160 and win a belt there tbh 160 is barren I think he’d have an easier time winning a belt there than keeping one at 154.

If he walks through 154 like he did 147 that would be legendary

You do realize this man is turning 37 right? Move up to 160? It's laughable there are people who exist that believe he could best Canelo at 168. He's not a defensive master like Mayweather was. He's going to get hit by the hardest puncher 3 divisions up from his weight class. It's a money grab at best which is why Canelo isn't interested. He can make money without Crawford. And he won't get credit for the win.

You guys are gassing this man up after dominating a clearly faded Spence Jr. Crawfords never looked that good in a fight. Kel Brook and Porter gave him some good rounds. I'm not saying he's not good, but he's not as good as he looked vs Spence Jr. That was more a product of a slowly deteriorating Spence Jr. when you do the math. And that's his best win.
