It's also somewhat strange that Froch says this when in reality his press releases trashtalking Dirrell have outnumbered those by the American at least 5-1.

Dirrell is up in the mountains training his ass of for the fight of his life and has in a couple interviews I have seen has praised Froch for being a deserving champion. He seems to know exactly what he is up against and has set his mind to the task.

Froch on the other hand is training at home, thinks he is a celebrity and is making all kinds of bull**** appearances. He already is celebrating his win on television on the 360 show and says he isn't losing a wink of sleep.
