Terry Marsh was a trained Royal Marines Commando. So I'm sure if he'd shot Frank Warren then he would of killed him. Frank claims the gunman was shaking, not the actions of a Royal Marine & I should know as my Father was one. Frank has many enemy's, so the matter is still open for debate.
