    Theres always been Japanese champs at the lower weights. Japan and Mexico has shared some great rivalries.

      The US used to have boxing in the high schools and universities. I wish that could be revived.

            yea but they are smaller then Americans and their names are spelled funny and hard to pronounce so most people just ignore them unless they happen to be a Monster...............

              The real secret for Japanese success is the sushi they eat. Tuna provides high amounts of protein, while udon noodles provides the carbs for endurance. They get off reading about the Samurai.

              On the other hand, US fighters diet on weed and Doritos, while listening to rap music, UK fighters prefer their Guinness stout, weed, and biscuit’s. That’s the secret.
