after the 6th rd (I believe it was) when Paro took that period dispenser like punch about the time bell rung, IParo looked like he was about to be gone. tough fella right there. I really thought it was over soon and the way his corner was talking to him in-between that rd and 7th, they had feeling he might be thinking of folding too. good thing he didn't, definitely made right choice. Great to have a new name in the mix!

Maybe yes. But, you idiot handlers and Hearn didn’t include a rematch clause. You think he would have done that if it was his golden goose AJ? Not a chance! Hearn has no use for Mathis now that he’s on the Paro train, Pom poms in hand.Comment

No rematch clause so probably won't be seeing that unless Matias wants to go to Australia next time. But if he gets one good win against a top contender he'll be back in the mixComment

It's things like that which reveal just what a scum bag Eddie Hearn can be, or better said is.Comment

I was impressed with how Matias took the loss and even clapped when they announced Paro as the winner. Very respectable.
In saying that I don't see him ever beating Paro - Paro knows exactly how to beat Matias and will make it even harder in the rematch. I expect even more movement and activity from Paro while Matias has to keep chasing and resetting all night. Skills pay the bills.Comment
