Forgot that Shane Mosley actually debuted at lightweight but instead competed two divisions above, guessing because during the early 2000s there wasn't any notable opposition at the time. Hernandez and Ruelas had retired by then when he was an upcomer, there was Kostya Tszyu at 140 but for some reason he mostly opted for easier opposition at that specific time, until Ricky Hatton came along.
Guy was already a big puncher at welterweight. Can't imagine how smaller fighter like Zepeda, Martin, Stevenson and Lomachenko would react to a fighter with a 94% knockout rate (32-0, 30 KOs) whose proven with wins over champs like Jesse James Leija (37-3-2) and John John Molina (45-4), both by KO. Another win over a fellow fighter who fought in the lighter weight divisions is against Oscar De La Hoya at his natural weight class Welterweight, I don't see any of them beating a complete fighter who is in is physically in his prime in De La Hoya either, yet Mosley had a convincing win in the first bout. Though I had Oscar winning in the rematch and seen the punch stats after the fight, Oscar outlanded him (221/616) to Shane's (127/496).
Think only Davis might he competitive but even then just not sure if Davis has accomplished enough to know how great he is. He is also quite physically small in comparison.
Mosley looks like the complete package to me besides his outstanding punching power.
