The funny thing is he does not need to be even ranked at 168 for Canelo to fight him if he wanted to. It really makes no difference other than a little pressure on the WBC to enforce a mando. Canelo can pick up the phone anytime and make the fight. Lets not pretend the fight is done because he is no longer mando for Canelo.
