Let me be clear, I live here and I like living here. My life is here. My response is to those trying to demonize Saudi Arabia as though we are any better. We just executed a man with toxic chemicals in Alabama two months ago and we are planning for more. A little over ten years ago, We executed someone in Ohio by a firing squad. It’s insane to make those obvious toxic rácist vitriol towards a country that is changing the lives of athletes by paying them what they deserve.

I've said for years boxing is one of the only sports that constantly purposely puts on the best vs average. Just like if you put Bama vs Weber State in college football every week, less people are going to watch than if they play Georgia. Its a simple concept boxing refuses to grasp.

Isn’t that what the US does globally by controlling price of every single global commodity? We also invade nations that don’t toe the line.

There are a lot of factors that contribute to the costs of commodities. The U.S. Government might influence or try to some prices but no way do they control the prices of global commodities. It's way more complicated than that.

american cops kill a **** tonne of white and Mexicans too. A massive amount.

Why hasn’t the US developed a health plan for boxers? Joe Louis was American and we left him to the vultures. Had he been fighting in Saudi Arabia today, he would be super wealthy.

Along with health insurance, fighters should have some sort of pension plan , I hate to see broke old fighters struggling while the people who they made millions for continue to thrive. A lot of that might be due to personal decisions but it doesn't change how I feel. I'm for anything that benefits the fighters. They give everything to the sport and end up with nothing , it doesn't sit right with me. I boxed and one of my best friends that boxed out of the same gym is definitely suffering from brain damage and has been since his early twenties. It's really sad to see. The changes in him from when we were teenagers are night and day.

Man , that's not true at all. Cops kill a higher percentage of black people than they do other races , but no way do cops kill more black people than other black people do. The numbers are easy to look up. We're talking about hundreds versus thousands. That said , people tend to kill people who they are around and the U.S. is still very segregated. Every year thousands of black people kill other black people, white people kill other white people, hispanics kill other hispanics. Civilians of every race kill way more people than cops do.
