            Only reason it was trash was the bs stipulation. He's at 147. Bootsy has no problem fighting w/o stipulations

              Jaron Ennis had loitered around the PBC premises for years and never wanted to leave. He just couldn't get those fights for some reason. So why would anyone expect Boots to be able to secure those fights now that he's out of the PBC area?
