This whole Boots Ennis signing has been a complete debacle. Hearn signs Boits and then realizes he has nothing on his roster for him so he immediately tur s around and starts begging PBC fighters to bail him out. Now he finds an inferior Russian guy who we just saw take a heart stopping KO to Bud Crawford. Boots vs the Russian guy on Dazn will not sell for shyte. Boots should be on A.azon Prime headline shows where he unifying with Mario Barrios and Stantionis which would have led to a undisputed showdown vs Brian Norman Jr. FUQ DAZN!

It's funny when people throw shots and say Tank and Shakur only fight slow footed Mexicans and I agree 100%! They should stop fighting inferior opponents and fight each other. A long time ago we got cheated out of Aaron Pryor vs Sugar ray and almost got cheated out of Bud vs Spence. I'll be dawned if we get cheated out of Tank vs Shakur

Oh wow, everyone is saying this a garbage fight, thus an easy fight for Jaron Ennis. I like it!

Boots would now be expected to make it look easy. Can't wait. I like these perceived mismatched fights. Absolutely! Potential for huge upsets are mouth watering to me. Even a semblance of competitiveness and seeing the top guy struggle is extremely entertaining.

Bozy Ennis would not have accepted this fight. This is above Killa-Villa or Crowley level. Far above Clayton level.

This is probably better than Crowley. This is a guy who literally scared the Crawford-Spence Jr fight into happening, and then caused Crawford to move to a different weight division, he’s fighting the absolute best guys who will get into the ring with him.

Avanesyan might not be the type of guy that's good enough to beat the top guys, but he isn't a pushover and dude deserves credit for willing to fight anybody at any given time. Good litmus test for Ennis so everybody can compare how he handles Avanesyan compared to Crawford. Still a solid fight for a substitute opponent.
