Holyfield still has chin and defence, not to mention good conditioning/stamina

The fact that he's facing a guy 90+ lbs heavier than him is ridiculous, there should be a bigger division for freaks like him.

Holyfield did not even get hit in the fight so his chin being tested is a non starter. Holyfield has been getting Boxing lesson's from guys like Ibragimov, Larry Donald, Byrd and losing to Ruiz, he is done as force and no where near the level he was, that said he still had enough to give Valuev.

I still can't see it, Haye has good speed and power.

The power is a non issue against granite head.

The speed starts to wain as Haye has awful stamina, and with Valuev leaning that 300lbs on Haye with that matted hair and sweat and that smell Haye wont be able to breathe and will gas around the 6th round, and then!

Haye brings something fresh and new to the division if he wins. It will be a hard fight for him though. Haye was dropped by Barrett his first fight at HW so I can definitely see the Giant dropping him, if he hits him flush.
