let us see how it plays out, how much punishment is going to be leveled against and towards Martinez this time he got caught so of course he will be sorry. Everyone who gets caught is going to act "sorry" but sorry for what ? Sorry they got "caught" is all it usually is. It takes real punishment to stop a liar and a cheat from doing it again. Just walk into any court room and see a judge giving out time and not sermons from the courtroom and you will witness a deterent to past behaviour on that you can agree. You think this is the first time for this guy or any other ? You think he did not learn from Saul to cry "tainted meat" and all that junk. It is a culture no just with the fighter but with the system that punishes very little or not at all dependent on the fighter his connections and how much money he draws into the pockets of the promoters and the promo boys........It is NOT like stealing a loaf of bread when hungry it is like going into a bank with a gun loaded and blasting and who gets hit and possibly killed is random at best. Treat it that way, like a threat to some other mans life.

      Absolutely.

I'm not particularly a fan of Charlie Edwards but he's definitely one example of a guy who suffered unjustly at the hands of this repeated drug cheat.

Can already see how this will play out. The blatant cheat will claim contamination, posters like Regge will embarrass themselves going full force trying to defend him. WBC probably do the same.

They've got to start banning these drug cheats for life, take them out of the sport entirely.
There is no room for these criminals who want to stack the deck in their favor, even if it cost someone permanent injury, or leads to their death.
These aren't cases of mistakenly taking a performance enhancing drug, if that were the case virtually every fighter would come up positive for PED's.
This is being done intentionally, with callous disregard for their sparring partners, and their actual opponent on fight night.
Boxing is a way to turn away from a life of crime, but these individuals want to bring the crimes into the sport.
I know that their are many other crimes that are being perpetuated in this, and other sports.
To try to put an end to it, when you catch the individual, or the conspirators, they have to face severe punishments for the harm that they are causing to other's.

Exactly! Moreover if they cause permanent injury or death, they have to be imprisoned for their intentional criminal act.

At least it came out after he vacated the belt and announced moving up so no titles at hostage.

But man, now there are three vacant belts at fly.
