I was rooting for Pacquiao - I grew up on Oscar, but Pac-Mania got me.

I didn't think he was going to win until one of the guys from Boxing Truth Radio changed his pick a few days ahead of the fight.

I picked Oscar because of his size.

But I remember they put up the graphic before the ring walks showing that Oscar rehydrated 0 pounds after the weigh in. At that time, I was too young to understand how that impacts a fighter. He was essentially a dead man in there

I thought Oscar until the weigh in although I was sceptical after Oscar looked terrible beating LW Steve Forbes in the fight before Manny and this was pounds lighter again so was very keen in seeing the weigh in, and when he stepped on the scales I knew he was fkd, being 145 and gaining only 2 pound and then being outweighed by Manny fightnight, no wonder Freddie said it wont go 3 rounds.
