How come no one is talking about Canelo being a straight up coward for not rematching Bivol?

What's the deal with the rematch? It's the fight everyone wants to see. He's supposed to be one of the greatest of all time, right? Then why is he running away?

    That's not what GOATS do.

Nobody needs to see Bivol winning 8 rounds again.

Now I want Bivol to take on that Canadian guy.

I don't know who really wants to see it. I think Canelo reached his limit by facing Bivol. Bivol was really a larger dude in there and used his size well. It's one thing to be large and let Canelo outwork you, but Bivol is large and can outwork his opponents. Basically your case for a good big man beats a good little man. I think Canelo knows this and is Okay with letting that loss go.

Ok........ So what happened to all of the 168 talk?

At least make that happen if he don't want to run 175 again.

        Give the people SOMETHING.

there was something odd about the whole rematch thing

canelo wanted it at 175 & bivol wanted it at 168 for canelos titles

neither would budge it seems to me so it wasnt to be

i never fully understood what was going on actually, looks like neither of them were all that keen on the rematch actually for some reason or i could be wrong of course, strange one

Nonsensical. The much smaller man who had the balls to move up against that beast in the first place is a coward for not facing him again? Opposite day on here as usual.

Yeah, I can't see how people can knock Canelo for the loss. Nor should they be pissed if he doesn't try to avenge it. He tried going up in weight against a very tough opponent for even fighters Bivol's own size. He came up short (well real short) and can walk away saying he tried, but the world could see, he was outclassed by the naturally larger guy. He understands this and is Okay with accepting the loss.

And Bivol too made it clear that he's not interested in further taking advantage of his physical advantages. A true competitor.

So neither fighter is wrong in this. OP is just a dummy.

We have talked about it. Extensively.

Bivol is the best at 175 and Benavidez was the best at 168. Canelo can't beat either of them.

So Benavidez moved up because there's nothing left he can do at 68. Reminds me of when Martinez moved up to 160 because everyone was ducking him at 154.

Canelo is clown and is going to fight another low-skilled idiot. It is what it is.
