Would a boxing Ryder Cup even be competitive?

The 5 vs 5 concept has brought up many ideas and I’ve seen a couple of fans mention a Ryder Cup of boxing. Which as a golf fan I find very interesting. However, how competitive would it actually be.

Let’s say they use the traditional 8 weight classes.

    Heavyweight. Europe are dominant

    Light Heavyweight. Europe are dominant.

Middleweight. It’s more competitive but I’d favour Europe.

    Welterweight: US are dominant.

Lightweight: Very competitive but I’d favour the US.

Featherweight: Very competitive but I’d favour Europe.

Bantamweight: Neither really have anyone that great but I think it’s a very likely win for Europe.

Flyweight: Unless Bam moved back down it’s a Europe win again.
