Wilder upsets Zhang with a fluke 1 shot in about the round 4-5 area.

If he's willing to let his right hand go after the jab then he has a chance. We know the straight right is always a good shot vs a southpaw.

Wilder should actually jab less because his right hand comes after the jab, but jabbing too much means his opponent is always prepared for the right hand. If Wilder varies the volume of his jab, he becomes less predictable and more difficult to read.

All that said, he just has a look of a puncher that can't pull the trigger like they once could. He says he's back to his old self but all fading boxers talk a good fight. We'll find out tonight if he is gun shy or not because Zhang is there to be hit with a straight right.

I don’t remember Wilder ever knocking out a man with the iron chin of Zhang, while there’s no doubt he has a serious punch he was unable to KO either of the 2 top level heavyweights he has fought in Fury and Parker in 4 attempts and neither of them can take a shot like Zhang and neither hit even close to as hard as Zhang either. I see Wilder landing some good shots early in the fight which will bounce of big **** huge canister, before a power shot from Zhang lands on Wilder and I suspect that will be goodnight and goodbye for Wilder’s career. I actually hope I’m wrong though, it would be great if Wilder wins because the division is more exciting with him in the mix.
