Great picture of Larry "one more scotch please" Merchant, about to fall over from the booze.....I went to a Lennox Lewis/Michael Moorer double header at Arco Arena back in '95, Larry made about 10 trips to the bar during the undercard fights, he could barely stand up during the interviews, it was a thing of beauty!Originally posted by LOAkyeah u would use don king as an excuse wouldnt u?Comment

Tito will go to the body. I think Winky will be winning the fight early but by the middle rounds Tito will start to come on and take over the fight with body shots and head shots. By the late rounds Tito will be ahead and will start to really bust Wright up and hurt him down the stretch but Winky will hold on long enough to lose a decision. In my opinion Winky can't stand in front of Tito and expect to win no matter how good his defense is. Winky will counter Tito with good shots but he also will leave himself open for Tito's counter shots. Tito doesn't just eat shots like most think. If you look closely he slips and picks off alot of shots with his gloves.Originally posted by KimmyI think if it goes to the scorecards Wright willbe the winner. IF.......Tito is to win i would think a body attack should be his game, Left hook to the body and bring the guard down for a right over the top. But the only way i see Tito winning on points is if Don King is involved! ( wait a minute....)
They will both land punches but Tito will land the harder shots and wear Winky out.
Tito by decision maybe late round stoppage if the ref shows Winky some mercy.Comment

I'm tired of excuses like winky is not a worthy opponent for tito because he is coming up in weight, but then Tito's done the same several times and didn't use that as an excuse for a bad performance. winky is a good fighter, so good that most people on this site gives him a spot on the PPP list. So no excuses if tito wins and no excuses if doesn't. The admirable thing about Tito is that he will accept the challenge.Comment

As far as Hopkins, he clearly beat Tito, but for us Tito fans, he did not fight the way we think he normally does, not to take away from Hopkins who did his homework and fought the perfect fight but a rematch will clear in our minds that either it was a combination of a perfect night for Hopkins and a bad night for Tito or that Hopkins style is just too much for Tito. I say again if Hopkins is so superior then the rematch is a nobrainer because of all the money involved.Comment

Right now it's winky for the reason of being more active but their fight is fast approachin so whoever wins will be ranked higher!Originally posted by exciterx21Right now, based on what they have done. Who do you think ranks higher? I say Trinidad by a landslide.Comment
