This is the problem with old school mindsets in this era. Try to be a warrior & keep it pushing after a bad cut like the old timey guys would do & it bites you in the ass. You can't win. Stop the fight & ppl will call you a diva. Don't stop the fight & belt is gone & now lost a opportunity.

I think for that cut only massive haters would've talked sh.t if it were stopped. I honestly thought most corners would've stopped that. Even after it happened it was a HORRIBLE cut.

Hmmm its 5 weeks out and recent video of Tim it looks fine, such an easy place to protect while it heals, this it wont heal so far out seems strange.

          As I expected.

Tim˙s cut won`t heel so fast and Ortiz hasn`t done anything at 154.

Tim deserves a legit contender fight at 154, not some unproven welterweight.

I wonder if Tim ends up taking an easier tune up when he is finally ready to fight.

I sure hope not because this was a fight I was looking forward too even though I thought Tim should get a rematch with Fondura instead of Spence getting the shot .

I hate this announcement comes after the Fondura v Spence fight was signed. Tim could easily fight in October.
