Hes said it outright in a few interviews recently but idr who they were with to embed them here. Well, considering everybody was speculating Ryan was on drugs before the fight, it was easy to see.

Hell, Ryan himself was talking about smoking weed.

Also, why would Haney tell his brother about some "super secret plot" so he could tell the entire internet about it.
