Comments Thread For: Jake Paul Helps WBO to Open a New Gym in Puerto Rico

No matter where in Puerto Rico, the youth needs to stay busy in the sport of boxing. The World Boxing Organization (WBO), chaired by Francisco Valcarcel, Esq. and under its worldwide program WBO Kids Drug Free, along with the Boxing Bullies entity - founded by Jake Paul - joined forces to open a gym in Utuado, located in the Cabrera neighborhood.

Great job Jake, that's what Puerto Rico needs to get their young talented boxers more opportunities for them to improve.
This will help them get more fights, and consequently more chances for them to challenge the champions in their weight division's.

#1 ranking with the WBO expected soon. Maybe Paul - Tyson will be a title eliminator.

People can talk smack all they want. No, he's never going to be Canelo Alvarez in the ring. That's just dumb, he simply didn't start soon enough to even have a chance of reaching that level. Considering the amount of time he has been doing it (and I'm willing to bet in that time he trains harder than many top pros do) in many ways, this kid has already accomplished more in the sport than many pros who have been doing this their whole life. Still don't think so? Without actually looking it up, regardless of your feelings about it (mine are mixed) I'm guessing he's about to get Mike Tyson (yes THAT Mike Tyson) the biggest payday of his career. What'd you do today lol?

Immediately I saw your point but the WBO and Jake have all eyes on them.

Jake moved to Puerto Rico about 3 years ago and is fairly new in the boxing business. I estimate about
$30,000 spent to paint existing building and fix interior floors. The ring and exercise equipment would eat
up most of the money, unless they were leased.

Jake Paul has invested and elevated the sport of boxing in Puerto Rico and throw out the USA.

The Wbo chose to partner with Jake over Felix Trinidad and Miguel Cotto .both born and residing in PR.

In a few years we should see the fruit this project will produce in national and world boxing tournaments.

Someone does a great deed for the boxing community and it still gets hated on. Unbelievable. Boxing fans have got to be some of the most pathetic and miserable people on this earth.

That's one of the places people move to make money from Cry-pto. They don't have to pay taxes on it. And Puerto Rico benefits from rich people spending money there
