    Carl Froch's power is overrated

he has only ''ko'd'' one person(even calzaghe did better than that)
and has not stopped anyone of note(except jermain taylor ofcourse but we all no if you push the guy hard enough later on he'll ko himself)

dirrell has a good amount of stamina and his chin is decent(enough to withstand carl's punches for 12 with a little heart)

honestly if you know how to roll punches carl froch miight be the softest punching individual you've ever faced due to the velocity his punches carry behind them

Abraham's punching power is also overrated, IMO.

He's not the most powerful puncher in the world but he still has decent power.

Probably the hardest puncher in the super six.

He isn't a one punch kind of guy, he breaks his opponents down though. He is a bit like Juan Diaz but definitely has more pop to his punches then Diaz.

i'd say abraham and jermain taylor hit harder than him(not by a long shot, but you know, i 'personally' see jermain hittin with sharper, harder shots)

the power puncher in the super 6 is kess - hes not the strongest and nor does he a thudding punch. what kess does have is speed, accuracy, technique and strength - all of these factors are equally important when determining who has the biggest punch.

imo AA has the heaviest hands in the super 6 but he lacks technique and speed. froch also has heavy hands but he is slower than anyone else which means fighters see his punches coming and roll with them.

How do we know? he's never been 12 rounds, and only been 10 rounds once.

no duobt about it, kess has agood chance of knockin down alot of the guys in the super six as he could probabley get you with a nice accurate sharp punch right on the button

one thing your missing, Froch has a solid chin, Taylor's is suspect.
