None of them are frauds, there is only hype driven fans and what a fans perception is,based on what he knows, the fighters are what they are, they perform and you make a judgement on that performance, fraud has nothing to do with it.

Im pretty sure Cali only lets you gain 10%.

If either had the same record and were from Mexico, Northern Europe, Russia or any Asian nation, you would be fine with their level of comp.
