This smacks of corruption. The WBC and Mauricio Sulaiman were behind this cover up all along. They were pulling VADA’s strings to not to disclose Garcia’s dirty tests. Now they are attempting to spring Ryan Garcia loose.

If I was the New York State Athletic Commission I would tell Sulaiman and the WBC to go to Hell for attempting to inject themselves into this investigation.

They have no jurisdiction over the NYSAC or anything else concerning this matter because the fight was never sanctioned by them in the first place.

It was a non-title bout since Ryan Garcia refused and deliberately decided to not make the 140 pound weight limit. Sulaiman is trying protect Garcia like he did Canelo when he popped dirty for PED use.

The NYSAC are the ones in trouble here. They may not have followed their own protocols as they didn’t appear to have administered Garcia’s test which is what they are supposed to do in order to sanction him. Notice they haven’t said a word and notice how the Chairman abruptly resigned soon after the test results were made public. Because of Garcia’s antics it’s easy to dismiss all of the red flags but something is definitely going on. From Victor Conte being involved with VADA and being allowed to consult fighters to also being able to provide SNAC to fighters to NYSAC being ominously quiet and the timing of that resignation to Garcia’s hair not having any traces of Osterine. People want label him a cheater so bad ( I’m not a fan at all) that they ignore the facts that it was little substance that it was likely contamination and it was so small that it had no effects on his performance.

Mauricio came up with the egg excuse. I don't think he can spell Ashwagandha.

I don't expect any real consequences for Ryan's egregious behavior, because we all know he's a cash cow, however the least the WBC can do is rule the fight a No-Contest ASAP! Shouldn't need a hearing to do that!

I would like to believe the "clean hair" thing, but it sounds like they had it privately tested so there's no way to verify what they are saying is true. From what I've read, ostarine should appear in hair if it's being used to any performance enhancing extent. For him to have past tests, then fail with trace amounts means it was either contamination or his body releasing it when he was dehydrated to get down to 143. If it was his body releasing it due to past usage, it means he would've had to be taking it regularly at some point so it should appear in hair for sure.

Does he have to pay back the bet he won if the fight decision is overturned?

Smells corrupt if he doesn’t. Betting on himself knowing he cheated and would miss weight to give him an advantage.

Idk that the WBC has ever gone hard on a PED user yet so yea I agree. If hes suspended at all it'll be less than a year. I'd guess 6 or 9mos.

Alao, this fight was never sanctioned by the WBC. Since Ryan Garcia came in weighing over the 140 pound weight limit.

Your a dumbass. VADA is actually consistent and professional. If it were like USADA (like your daddy froid uses) it wouldn't have even revealed he was on steroids.

But yeah the wbc defending him for some reason.
