I take ashwaganda for sleep it is no magic potion and would do little other than a placebo effect for an athlete, the reason why so many supplements have only anecdotal accounts is because real testing shows they do next to nothing or not what claimed to do, real things actually work across the board and it can be replicated, if it cant then its mostly hype and placebo, this tainted idea is flimsy as hell.

Every time I think I'm out they keep dragging me back in!!! I have never in my entire history of watching boxing have I seen men (allegedly) fawn over another man's "good looks" and judge another man for being "ugly".
