There's no point arguing this really. He tested positive for a banned substance that is believed to help build muscle mass and is also a substance not available as a prescription mediciine anywhere in the world.

He is red hot guilty. Deserves a minimum two year ban and the only just thing would be to change the result to a no contest. What a mess.
